Is PINK the new power color?

I've featured Pink magazine as a resource at the cafe before, but I'm always surprised when I'm out in public and discover some women have not heard of it yet. So- here's another mention for a smart, empowering resource for your "beautiful life, beautiful career."  I'm  delighted to be an expert blogger at Pink magazine online. Imagine a business-oriented mag that happily publishes about spirituality, meditation and such. They get the synergies of holistic success and blending professional with personal, inner and outer. This is the 21st century story of inspired success! Also check out the other blogs and multiple resources available online and in print. Live Pink conferences are coming up in several cities.

I'm like a little kid jumping with joy when this arrives.

Funny Times is such a treat in my life. Ask my husband. He's seen me turn into a 5 year old on a monthly basis when this newspaper/magazine peeks out of the mail slot at me.
Funny Times is here, oh goodie!!It may be a leap backward in maturity, but it's a leap forward in healthy, love your life, inspired living.

New Hope for an Inspired World

Ode is an international magazine about empowering and inspiring us to make a difference. I subscribed to an absolutely wonderful magazine called "HOPE" that was about good news and people making positive changes for a better world. Unfortunately, this entity didn't survive the big world of "if it bleeds it leads" media. Ode took over the Hope subscribers and does indeed give us new hope. I look forward to sharing what inspires me as I continue to be a fan of Ode, what they are stirring up in our consciousness and our culture.

What is Women's Liberation Today?

What is Enlightenment magazine (WIE) devoted an entire issue to this provocative question, presenting "A Cultural, Philosophical, and Spiritual Exploration"

What does women’s liberation mean today? Where is women’s evolutionary edge? WIE searches for the answers to these questions engaing with the historical, social, and spiritual dimensions of transforming women’s consciousness.

At first, I was "triggered" by the main discussion of Andrew Cohen and Ken Wilber, but I knew these men had to be wiser than how some of their comments came across in print.
So, I went to the local Chicago event with senior editor Elizabeth Debold,

and was very impressed with her thoughtful, intelligent, thorough work on this very important subject. (She also offered background that illuminated new light on Andrew's comments, as I had suspeted/hoped.) I look forward to connecting with her more and possibly sharing more with you here, at the b.inspired cafe in the near future.  In the meantime, check out  the magazine and  have an open mind about two guys discussing the future of women's liberation. :-) They are leading edge teachers in the area of consciousness and transformation.
