“No one should take part in the tea ceremony with a sword in his belt…
There is born a feeling of tranquility, a purification of our human spirits.”

Here we are at the b.inspired Cafe, so we must have tea! There's a way of life that comes with drinking tea.
When I was weaning myself off a coffee-gulping, on the go, girl-who-worked-too-much treadmill , discovering tea was a treasure. Something about taking the time to brew (lose leaf) tea really helps to slow you down, appreciate the moment. So, I would love for you to enjoy the calming and delightful experience of tea with me. I don't mean throwing a stale tea bag in cup of microwaved tap water. :-)
Fresh brewed "real" tea is the taste difference of fresh farmer's market asparagus vs. canned. Waiting for your water to boil and your tea to steep creates the space for you to truly Hit the Pause Button.
Some of my favorite teas include Earl Grey Creme, Black Currant and Green Tea with toasted rice. Explore your neighborhood for a good tea vendor. (I look forward to sharing ideas and links to tea sellers in the near future.)
Try home-brewed tea as a way to create more Zen moments in your day, pace your work, or be a good excuse to sit still and tune in to your true spirit for five minutes. Create some tranquility amidst all the doing-- you'll discover a new vibe and one more reason to be in love with your life. Enjoy!
